Top Workplaces 2019 Award
The Tennessean names PREMIER System Integrators a winner of the
Middle Tennessee Top Workplaces 2019 Award
PREMIER System Integrators has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Tennessean. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
PREMIER empowers employees to be the engineers of their careers by providing career development, challenging opportunities, and excellent benefits. Our culture of excellence, transparency, and employee ownership makes PREMIER unique in our industry. PREMIER’s president, David Lax says, “We are honored to be recognized. I am particularly excited for PREMIER to receive this award because it is a direct reflection of our employees and a manifestation of our goal to build an organization that both excites and rewards the contributions of our employees. As a 100% employee-owned company, we recognize that our success is directly dependent on the dedication and the commitment of the entire team.” This year, scores were higher than they have been the last 4 years!
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
