PREMIER Assists Local Students Achieve Excellence Together!
PREMIER Heads Back to School… Shopping!
Pencils are being sharpened, backpacks are being zipped up, big yellow buses are circling our neighborhoods. It can only mean one thing; it’s back to school time. What is an exciting time for kids can be stressful for parents, especially those struggling to provide needed supplies for their children. According to the Kids in Need Foundation, more than 16 million children in the U.S. live in extreme poverty and arrive on the first day of school without the basic supplies.
PREMIER employees were excited to support our local communities by organizing a back to school supply drive. Employees in all 3 locations donated supplies including back packs, notebooks, crayons, and even new shoes and socks so local children could have the items they need to be confident and successful in the classroom.
PREMIER was happy to support the following local organizations in their mission to impact the lives of our local youth:
John Coleman Elementary School - Smyrna, TN
Decatur Youth Services - Decatur, AL
Mission Possible - Butler County, OH
A special thank you to PREMIER’s Engagement and Outreach committee and the employees who coordinated/assisted with the planning of the event: April Adams, Lance Breedlove, Anita Henley, Michelle Mormile, and Kim West.
