    Kenneth W. Coggins  
    Kenneth W. Coggins has been President of PREMIER System Integrators, Inc. since it was founded in 1991. During Ken's tenure he has supported technical delivery, business development and operations. Presently, Ken is responsible for providing vision and leadership, supporting continuous improvement of technical delivery, business development and personnel recruitment and retention.

Mr. Coggins began his career in 1980 supporting and improving manufacturing systems for General Motors. Ken joined a system integrator as a project engineer in 1983. His responsibilities grew into project and operations management. In 1988 he was selected for the position of Vice President of Regional Operations. He founded PREMIER System Integrators, Inc. in 1991.

Ken is involved in his local church and community. He actively supports the YMCA, American Cancer Society, Heart Association and local youth athletic organizations. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Ken relocated to the Nashville, TN area in 1988 where he and his family reside today.
 
       
    Vice President  
    Jess E. Freels Jr.  
    Jess Freels, Vice President, joined PREMIER in 2001 and worked as an account delivery manger focused on the Food and Beverage Industry as well as building the Engineering Delivery Teams. Today, he is responsible for Corporate Sales and Business Development. Prior to his time at PREMIER System Integrators, he spent 11 years in the manufacturing automation business. Mr. Freels graduated from the Allen-Bradley Engineering training program in 1990 and worked as a project engineer in Indianapolis, IN. In 1994, he assumed the role of Area Manager for Intelligent Sensing division based in Nashville, TN. In 1997, he became a System Solutions Manager for the Control and Automation Division.

Mr. Freels was born and raised in Lafayette, IN where he graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. He, his wife and three children reside in Brentwood, TN and are members of Holy Family Catholic Church. Outside of work, Jess enjoys coaching youth sports, waterskiing, and is an avid golfer.
 
       
    Corporate Secretary and Administrator  
    Robert W. Hayes
 
    Robert (Bob) Hayes serves as the Corporate Secretary and provides Administrative support in many areas. Bob has supervised the development of PREMIER's internal administrative systems including general office procedures, accounting, human resources and contract administration. Bob is currently overseeing process improvements and CSIA registration.

Mr. Hayes graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1980, with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. He spent his early career working in software development and progressed into project management. Bob co-founded PREMIER System Integrators, Inc. in 1991 and has focused on developing company infrastructure.

A Tennessee native, Bob lives in Nashville and enjoys restoring historic and older homes.
