and plant floor control systems that assist clients with optimizing their
manufacturing operation to improve overall performance. Included are developing
standards that meet the client's business needs in addition to developing the
tools, code, and network architecture that bring the client's standards to
life. Our plant floor experience allows us to merge the manufacturing needs of
production/maintenance with those of management to provide cost effective
solutions that deliver results for the complete enterprise. |

PREMIER designs and develops software
applications that optimize manufacturing needs by integrating systems from the
plant floor to the boardroom. This incorporates modular and proven programming
techniques and schemes from PLC/DCS controllers controlling production
equipment and processes to plant-wide information systems logging information
to the plant server database. This might include system configuration, operator
interfaces, equipment analysis, product tracking to provide order status,
scheduling systems, and ERP connectivity. It includes systems that provide
manufacturing intelligence so the client can minimize equipment downtime and
monitor and analyze equipment/plant operations. |
